I would like to start off by saying in general I think they did a great job! I paid for my daughter’s wedding invitations/detail cards/rsvp/thank yous up front! Right at the beginning I paid for everything! When we got the invitations I asked about the thank you’s and they said we could wait til it got closer to the wedding! Well we completely forgot about the thank you’s and my daughter reached out after the wedding to tell them what she wanted them to say, they sent back a sample and it looked good so she said go ahead! Not any mention of an up charge for any reason! When I went to pick them up they charged me an extra $53. Which isn’t horrid, but when we thought it would be $5 just because we added the addresses to them. They told me then because it was two sided! How in the world would we know that?! Anyway, they do good work, but beware of the pricing or up charging without your knowledge!

Once again utilizing Portage Minuteman Press....they are always helpful and patient. They have had us as a customer now for years. STILL ...GREAT place to do business-easy, price points are welcoming,convenient, great suggestions,timely, customer service, ( which really does not even exist anymore these days any where you go) WONDERFUL!keep up the great service!! ..and no...I do not know anyone that works there.
