“I went in today to ask for help finding a missing package. Marion at the front counter was very kind and took all my information to forward to Rhonda (the person who handles missing mail). She made me feel as if my issue was important and explained how the missing mail process works. I appreciated her help. Now...hoping Rhonda can work some magic and find the package ?”

“I have rarely had to use the post office, but every time I have the staff has been very helpful and friendly in answering my super ignorant questions(I know absolutely Jack about postage or processing). I've not had any issue with their hours, granted I've only been here a few times. Each time has been quick and easy though, so I can't complain at all!”

“I really like having a post office near my home in Miller Beach and think my mail carrier Cody is tremendous. My puppy Snoopy isn't so fond of people walking around my home and seems to especially like to bark at our mail carrier but Cody took the time to meet Snoopy and become friends. This was especially terrific and reminded me of when THE DOG WHISPERER introduced a dog on his TV show to the mail carrier with success. I'll forever be grateful of Cody and the Gary postal service, thank yoU.”

“The local post office is convenient. The people at the window are always polite and helpful. There is an area that offers cards, etc. for purchase. They also have a mailbox section with several for rent. There is plenty of free parking. There are two drive by mailboxes for convenience outside. They usually have a good selection of postage stamps for purchase.”
