I hit an enormous pothole on 94E and was stuck on the side of the dark highway with a flat. The first towing service I called quoted me $370?! Precision got it picked up and dropped it off ~20 miles away in Merrillville for $160. It was less than 30 minutes from the moment I called to when Brian arrived. He was polite, professional, and kind. When dropping my car off at the tire shop, I mentioned that my husband was coming to pick me up from over an hour away. Brian insisted on dropping me off somewhere safe to wait for him rather than just leaving me to fend for myself. So very appreciated and helpful.

This is probably the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. They just towed my vehicle and he first came to tow it and my payment options was messed up so we had to leave and he came back with no problem. They were nice and courteous This is the only tow company I’ll be using from now on. I strongly suggested anybody that needs a towing go to this company. I used several of my lifetime, but this is the only Towing company that I will ever use I can’t say enough good about him. Be honest with you if they ever get signs made they’re more than welcome to come put one of my yard.

We never ever contact this company ever again. The man was rude as can be when he came out to help and then he just left First one when he got there the whole different price said it was my fault Your best bet would be to go with knockout Towing. There’s some great people there

From the dispatcher(Tammy) to the Tow guy(Johnny) great service! They were quick precise and the price was suitable!
Johnny's knowledge and safety was top-tier!!! Considering it was rainy and being on side of the expressway he(Johnny) handle it so professional!

These people are thieves, they stole two rims from my car, and some other stuff, I will be filling a lawsuit in the next couple of weeks.
