Kim and Matt have been so helpful! The grounds looked great the unit was so clean and they provided pallets as well if needed to keep items elevated. Highly recommend this place the new management cares and it's so nice to actually get to talk to a real person when you call.

Been with them over two years never got a proper gate code so I can’t even get in to get my stuff and there no customer service to talk to to even get in but they make sure to email you about your monthly payment worse place ever even with the new company switch wouldn’t be surprised if they threw all my stuff out from their negligence of being able to answer a phone or call customers back

This place doesn’t want money I guess because they won’t answer their phones for any payment methods and it doesn’t let you pay online. It sure does charge me every month though so the bill keeps going up. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I am a current client trying to reach anyone related to this business. You are making it impossible to pay you! My mailed payment was just returned by the post office, marked as vacant? You don’t answer phones or emails. Your website won’t let me pay. Please contact me asap!

Place has been sold again and I've been trying to call and get my payment updated for 2 months now. Half the time I call mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message the other times I've called I leave a voicemail but no one ever calls me back. I've never been able to call and actually talk to someone. And I'll b damned if I get charged service fees or late fees when I have been calling trying to pay my bill but get no response. I'm seriously about to take my stuff and money elsewhere!!!!!

Updated review: company was bought out and now customer service is very responsive and everything is done online. However, I don't care for the $9.99 charge of paying online when it's the only way I can pay the bill.

Dan was excellent. Definitely helped me through picking size of unit and planned accordingly to meet. Was very nice and respectful. Recommend this place to anyone. Very good service with the new switch. Thank you Dan!! 5 stars for sure. Love the security that is new in place too.

How do you even pay the bill. I’ve been trying for the last four months since they got bought out. Can get ahold of the person who runs it. No one will answer the phone call back or even message back. But you get charged late fees. This place is really starting to get on my last nerve
