Zack just told me, if you leave a card there, they throw it away after a week or two. He wouldn't even check the lost and found for me. I thought companies kept things for 30 days before discard of it. Especially a card issued to a specific person. Zack was very unprofessional and rude. I worked at your company for a few years in 2005. I cannot believe customer service isn't a top priority anymore. We cared so much about it back then. Zack needs to be fired or moved maybe to midnight shifts stocking at night. He should not work with your customers. My family will be driving the few more miles to meijer.

What is going on with the deli department, I have never seen this department this way!!! Look at this mess. I literally seen the guy wipe his nose, kept on the same gloves to service the lady!! This deli department really needs an upgrade, maybe go take a look at the deli on old ridge road to see how clean, organized and together everything looks. This store has truly changed over the last couple years!!! These pictures says it all, please get it together!!!

That place has gone downhill. I went to the Deli, the poor girl behind the counter was the ONLY one working. Her name is Stephaine. She was the only reason I gave this review any stars. There was a line of people she was helping, Stephaine was great. The store is dirty, and out of so many items. Unless you want the Hyvee brand, gross. As I was checking out the manager Cindy was leaning up against the counter on her phone. Another cashier came to her to let her know there was issues in the deli and she basically told her " not sure what you want me to do". That place needs better management. If I was in charge of hiring, I would fire Cindy and give Stephaine a promotion. PLEASE FIX THE MANAGMENT AND CLEAN UP THIS STORE!!!

Store is dirty need to strip and wax all the title. Deli needs a scrub down. Bathroom need to be power washed wall floors are nasty. I quit shopping here over a year ago.

My daughter called to ask if they sold sleds, Danielle (worker who answered the phone) then giggled and hung up on my 8 year old. This was on speaker too so yes, I heard everything. I called back and got the same woman, asked why she hung up on my daughter. She tells me she thought she said "glegs". If your on the phone and don't hear someone correctly, you kindly ask them to repeat what they said. Not laugh and hang up on a child.

Strack & Van Til has everything for your shopping needs. You can come and buy a complete hot meal for you and your family when you don't feel like cooking dinner. I love their cheese/caramel popcorn. The store is very clean and organized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. So stop by Strack & Van Til. You won't regret your experience at this place.
