“Took vehicle in for a front end alignment and technicians doing job found that that 2 of my tires were NOT balanced and rebalanced my tires that I had installed 2 days prior. Would return for any future repairs needed on my 2014 Equinox.

Also took my 2016 Ford Edge Titanium in for new tires and tire air pressure sensors and a 4 wheel and found very little wrong with alignment after new tires installed. Great price on the new tires and tire pressure sensors and they beat Discount Tires quote. Thank to my advisor Dave and the technicians who worked on my vehicles.”

They just replaced my Transmission and I'm glad I went with them vs another company they treat their customers very well. “I can’t thank Bill and the team at Interstate PowerSystems-East enough for their expertise and persistence in fixing my 2002 Winnebago 32V Adventurer. I was dealing with frustrating, intermittent issues with my Allison transmission and ABS system, including the transmission slipping out of torque lock in 4th or 5th gear and parking brake problems. Multiple shops diagnosed major repairs—everything from a new torque converter to a full transmission rebuild, with quotes ranging from $6,500 to $12,000. I was bracing for a costly ordeal.

Bill at Interstate PowerSystems-East took a different approach. He plugged in his diagnostic computer and went for a test drive with me. Sure enough, the issue acted up, and the telemetry pointed to an electrical problem, not a mechanical one. Bill’s experience led him to check the wiring under the Workhorse chassis, where he found two wires with worn insulation causing a short. This tiny issue was behind all the chaos, including the ABS module acting up (which turned out to be fine).

The repair cost $3,500, which included fixing the wires, adjusting the parking brake properly, a full transmission flush with new seals, gaskets, a correct filter with a magnet (the previous shop used the wrong one), a new solenoid for the torque converter, and a new main wire harness. While $3,500 for “two wires” might sound steep, the expertise to diagnose and locate the problem in a complex motorhome chassis is invaluable. Bill’s comment about the Workhorse chassis having a notoriously poor wiring setup only underscored his knowledge.

Since the repair, my rig runs perfectly—no more torque lock issues, the ABS is solid, and the parking brake works as it should. For RVers, getting stranded with mysterious issues is stressful, especially in an unfamiliar town. Interstate PowerSystems-East earned my trust with their thoroughness and honesty. They saved me thousands compared to other shops’ recommendations and got me back on the road with confidence. Highly recommend!”
