“I made an appt through the pet app and was seen in a reasonable manner while at Coyne. I also liked that the receptionist mentioned future vaccines my pet needed beyond what we were there for. We got our pet up to date on all vaccinations till the end of the year, which saves me time. I appreciated that! Thank you.”
“The best animal hospital I’ve been too. I was going to get my rat out to sleep as she had a large tumor that was effecting her quality of life, with some help of donations they were able to perform the surgery and save her. It meant the world”

Edit to add more for a recent experience: This is the best vet clinic I have ever dealt with. They have shown so much care towards me and my animals. The staff is truly awesome. They beat coyne and lake station let clinic out of the water.”
“Caring staff, super fair pricing, and Dr. Reed is a realistic vet who doesn't push ridiculous tests and extra things on you. Straight shooter, no fuss. You'll save money (let's face it, pet care is expensive especially where I was going before bc that place broke my bank account), be treated well and they were so good about getting my baby in fast. Definitely will keep going there.”
“This was my first visit and found the entire group to be VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and EXTREMELY FRIENDLY ! They showed genuine care and concern for my pet ! “Dr Bell is an amazing vet! She made my dog feel safe by getting down to her level instead of being scared on the slippery table. Dr. treats my dog like she’s been her vet her whole life. Her exams are thorough and she makes sure you understand what is going on with your pets health. Karen is her partner in crime and they work wonderful together. I could not be more comfortable with having my dog in their care!”

“I did not have an appointment with them for pet care but I can speak to their general compassion and friendliness (which is nearly as important with a vet or medical professional!!)
I had a rough day with car issues. Car was disabled in their parking lot. It was HOT outside. They allowed me to come and go through their entrance and get a break from the heat as needed and were kind and helpful the entire time. After tow truck arrived, I accidentally left my briefcase and had to come back to grab it. They were on top of that as well and grabbed it from the bench outside and brought it inside for safe keeping.

“I took my dog Bailey here one week ago today for an emergency Pyometra surgery.
The doctors and staff were 10/10 to us and my sweet Bailey girl. My TWICE spayed Bailey (spayed incorrectly twice by Davis Veterinary Service, PC in Rensselaer Indiana) ended up with pyometra (bacterial infection commonly found in UNSPAYED dogs) and they were super prompt in addressing her and what needed to be done. We will be using this place for all our future vet needs. Thanks for saving my pups life!”
“Best veterinarian in Valpo. Kat assisted us and was super nice, helpful and informative. Brought my dog in for itchy skin and then ended up getting him microchip. Staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Way better than the Hobart animal clinic.”
“This guy!! Let me tell you! Christopher Keeley saved my dogs life. After 14 hours at the Animal hospital this guy had me leaving with my dog! Doctor Keeley came in after his own work hours at his normal everyday Veterinary clinic to help our baby Ace that’s only a year and a half old. Spent 2 1/2 hours trying to retrieve a bone about 3inches long 2inches wide and 1/2 inch thick from my dog’s esophagus. I cannot believe how lucky we are because of the help of Doctor Keeley. My boyfriend and I seriously thank you from the bottom of our hearts. No amount of money can repay this guy for saving our little furbaby’s life.

“I had an appointment for my elderly cat at 5pm, this was on a day that they close at 7. I was getting him into their wellness program and worried about his current health. The vet was so informative and the staff even stayed until 730 just for my cat. Running tests, giving me information, and also giving me advice. They took their time figuring out the most affordable way for me to get my cat everything he needs, and they seems genuinely concerned for him. She even thanked me for adopting an elder (I got him when he was 12). They even called the next day to see how he was doing. Turns out my cat will be fine and hopefully we'll have another decade of memories together. I look forward to more appointments with them. It's refreshing after all the other locations I've been do, to have people actually tell me what's going and not just try to charge me for everything.”

“Our fur baby Clampy is paralyzed. She has been in and out of veterinary offices and clinics since she was only 5 weeks old. This was by far our best experience ever. She left happy and spoiled rotten. Everyone was super friendly and attentive to her needs. She was attended to with the utmost care, love, affection, and dignity.
