“I was looking to purchase a replacement screwback for a very nice pair of diamond earrings. Somehow I lost one of the screwbacks. Ms. Deb was very helpful. Although I wasn't able to find one that fit the earring I have, Ms.Deb had great suggestions as to how I could solve my issue.”
