So far what I’ve found out about this company sounds good. However - the insurance that they provide does not seem to be very good at all. ATS has Health partners insurance and I have not heard anything good about this insurance yet. I will consider driving for this company; but - I won’t work there if they have health partners insurance. This is the only reason I’m not there yet.

I just want to report about a certain truck driver at ATS truckingTRK # 11873 that I parked next too at a service plaza on I-80,IN 10PM. I watched this truck driver open his driver door and dump out a cup full of piss on to the ground. Pretty disgusting and scurvy. I pay alot for truck washes on my truck and then this guy comes along and dumps his piss bottle all over the ground and splashes on my rims and paint of my truck. Really unfortunate we have scumbags like that around us You really give truckers a bad name. The 5 full size garage cans were right infront of his truck. And so we're the restrooms.

At first it was good... but then the percentage dropped from 28% of the load to 26%. Then I wasn't getting any good loads. My DM... was a nice lady, but we butted heads sometimes and didn't see eye to eye on some things. Mostly about the loads I was getting. I ended up leaving because I thought i found a better offer... what I thought was gonna be good...ended up being a disaster at WEL Companies... NOT. Don't go there either. They will screw you to and bad to. As far as Anderson goes. They screwed me with that prudential coverage. And I think they did that on purpose. So screw Anderson. As far as I'm concerned. This company sucks. I will never go back here ever again, shy they don't have to worry about that.

Why have appointment times when there is absolutely no considerations for those times by the shop. I had a 2:30 appointment time to just get my tablet replaced because it cracked last week. It's now 9:40pm and I've gone in twice. First time was at 2:45 and was told the mechanic was finishing up a truck and I was next. Waited 3 hours and went back in at 5:30 to basically be told the same thing and that they were extremely busy. I understand being busy but what happened to the 2:30 appointment time. If you will not honor appointment times don't have them. With that said, I love working for ATS and have been here 10+ years. But all of their shops are just a joke in my honest opinion.

Not a great company but not the worst either. They want experienced drivers but then want to tell you how to drive. I’m a lease purchase and make less than a company driver. Very poor communication with the driver manager! With this lease purchase you are just a glorified company driver that’s it! Definitely not worth going to St. Cloud, MN for orientation. I have not been talked down to in anyway for most of non driver employees this is just a job. They don’t care as long as they are getting paid. I wouldn’t recommend driving for ATS unless it’s a local position for you! You have to schedule time to be with your family. They say they are family oriented but that’s definitely not true. (Update) Regarding what they wrote I called and still nothing. They are not about success for their drivers only in the company! If you’re looking for good pay and decent or any home time in that case. This is not the place for you. Also found out they was doing incentive bonuses for drivers to leave a good review.

I lease with them and I advise anyone to not make the same mistake I did. You will average significantly less than they tell you. Last month I brought home 4300 and last week my check was $379. I constantly have maintenance issues. Before I was dispatched my first load I had to have my inverter and distribution box replaced. Just so everyone is aware, after speaking to the guy that leases the trucks he says that your maintenance escrow is usually $0 dollars at the end of your lease. So expect nothing from it. They should had included that in orientation. I will be doing a YouTube video for more information and settlement stubs.

Saw one of your drivers drinking a bottle of beer and they recklessly ran a stop sign. They have been reported to the police

There an affirmative action employer, so if AFFIRMATIVE ACTION does not benefit u, come over to dvl express. There paying big money here. 2000 a week. It's a 20 minute uber ride from here. U know how they take your tax dollars, give it to the owner to make it profitable to hire lazy people. Your getting robbed blind and it ain't worth it here.

I tried flat bedding for the first time with these guys and let’s just say their “professionalism” wasn’t even up to par. They had you pick out 2 pieces of equipment then showed you (once) how to secure it then you did it (once) then you chose a random piece to test on (once). Loads had you doing 1maybe 2 shorts low paying loads to mostly keep you under $1000 best they could. 28% never seemed right on a lot of the loads they always seem to come to total close to their $0.60 a mile which tax seemed to make it $0.30 no matter the load. Oh and did I mention as long as you drive company you can never refuse a load for its grounds for termination. Also never make a mistake or they will throw you to the streets without care for the truth cause no matter what it is it’s always the Driver’s fault. I know Swift gets a bad rap but at least they treat their drivers with dignity and respect. They don’t throw their drivers to the curb for making a mistake. You know what they say $&@/ is still $&@/ no matter if you sugar coat it or not.

Im looking for a truck driving job.Im not sure where i want to drive.Im going to give them 5 stars just because their equipment looks really great.I hold a class A With doubles triples hazmat and tanker.Im currently drawing social security. Therefore im not to concern about the pay .I personally prefer sleeper team ive done team driving before i think its fun......i worked at Johnson freight hauling cheese all over.I drove the night shift. My shift started around 6 pm or 7 pm i started in Belgium wi.I drove through Milwaukee, Chicago, Indianapolis, Louisville. After 4 hours and before 8 hours i took a 30 minute break....the reason i stopped doing that job was because i dint think at the time the pay was high enough. Because of the fact i stayed out a month at a time.Because i don't care when or if I got home or not .I love living on the road its just like camping!!!!!
