About Jay County Public Library
Jay County Public Library is a great, clean library with a great layout. It offers the best activities and a ton of kids things every week, including workshop classes, story times, and fun programs like Paws and Pages. There are lots of great programs for youth and adults. It provides a quiet setting to relax, read, or do homework. The staff is extremely personable and willing to help in any way. The team has been knocking it out of the park with creative events. It is an asset to Portland.

New to Indiana and this library is amazing!!! I love that they have this to do there like crafts etc!!!😊

We have the absolute best time here! My kiddos love the book selections and the team this year has truly been knocking it out of the park with their creative events. It rivals some of the ones I remember back home in Florida, you all keep being phenomenal!
