Great staff very understanding. They worked with us when we needed the U-Haul truck for a longer amount of time and worked around our schedule. Pricing was reasonable and the truck had been well taken care of. If you have a chance to personally go rent the U-Haul instead of online, they have some amazing motorcycles to view and buy LOL
