I had a package delivered to the wrong address. Charles at the Post Office was very friendly & helpful. Along with my regular mail carrier, they found the package. Charles was nice enough, to give me a follow up call.

Heads up if you're a trucker delivering here, there's a low clearance roof right above the dock lift, you have to back in halfway to the lift to avoid the roof.

I come in every once in awhile to mail a package but I receive mail at a different post office. There's several stairs out front (10 maybe), not sure if there is a wheel chair accessible door or not, I'd assume so but I've never noticed it. Staff can be friendly at times.

Being a new seller online, I've had MANY questions pertaining to shipping.. When I think I'm going to be a bother, the ladies, and the Postmaster both [at Portland's USPS (IN-47371)] have been generous in taking their time in helping me.. Not only did they help me with a mail-forwarding error in the USPS system, but they have also helped me understand different shipping methods, shipping packages, and have offered plenty of suggestions in ways that could help me save money on my shipping costs. -5 stars. :)

The portland,in post office lost my package and could not tell me where they delivered it. The tracking number says they delivered it to my mail box but they did not. So someone at the post office has my package.

Not this location specifically, just the US Postal Service in general sucks. Lost my delivery at 2 different locations Cincinnati and Indianapolis. They really don't care about delivering on time.

This place is fast and friendly the parking lot is large. The supplies they offer are out of this world Friendly staff make this even a better place to do your post office transactions at. The parking lot and store have a slight grade so it's easy to walk up the handicap ramp needed they are very friendly and go out of your way to help you this is a great post office if I lived closer I would use it more often

I have found the staff to consistently be helpful, friendly, and kind. These negative comments surprise me. I enjoy all of the window staff.

The place is okay. Nice building and antique interior. The issue is that there is an old guy at the customer service window that is working waaayyy past his retirement age. At times he has accused people of attempting to deceive the postal people by sending items that aren't media mail. He is gruff and threatens to not send the item because it is illegal to do so. He never smiles and is not a pleasant man to talk to. If I go in there and the other mail person is working I will avoid the old man altogether and go to her. She is easier to talk to and has a nice smile.
