Steering pinion and gear wore out while mowing. Checked online and then called the Hutson(Poseyville) location. They pulled the parts I needed and had them labeled and ready when I arrived. They even printed up the parts listing and diagram for me to take.

Excellent service and responsiveness. My belts broke and I called right at closing time. They were able to pick up the mower next day and repairs were made and mower returned in record time!
