Came in to get a new phone after mine had worn out. Michelle helped to set me up with a new phone that was similar to my old one and made the process quick and easy. She even held the door on the way in!

Cricket Wireless, in general. I call "BUNK", to be polite. Not everyone who tries Cricket, stays with Cricket. And I'm one such person. My service supplier now is Consumer Cellular.

Cricket seems like a no-brainer at first glace. 4 new phones for practically free, and only$100 for all 4 lines. Then you start to realize the phones you are given are very cheap. They ha e reduced storage and RAM capabilities. On top of it all, cricket seems to value customers in any way. I switched, and so should you.
