Need to update hours on google and website. Went in at 8pm and was out before 9. Online says you close at 10pm. Workers were rude and said we closed and rushed us out. I apologized and said that the hours said 10 and they told me well it’s on their website but that says 10 as well.

Their store hours are incorrect. I drove all the way there to pick up a print order after an email said it was ready. I should have had another hour to spare, but they were already locked up for the night.

Very slow service. Had a prescription called in at 10:30 a.m. but at 3:40 p.m. still didn't have it ready and told me it would take an hour, which it did. Then spent 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting.

I'm fromPrinceton, Indiana. My local CVS is one of my favorite stores. Not for the prices, of course, but the cleanliness, new products regularly, high yseilds of every product, friendly employees, and welcoming environment.

If a zero score was possible, that's what CVS would get in general. This is a perfect example of a large company who is completely out of touch with customers. For example, every one of their locations has different pharmacy hours. It doesn't make sense and when you do go to the pharmacy here in Princeton, Indiana, most of the staff is outright rude. I understand fully well. That short staffing happens in a modern day world but guess what boys and girls that's not the customerss fault!! CVS do better!!!
