Clean , and well stocked grocery store. Fresh produce, freshly baked goods, and packaged meats are priced well. I like the fact that they have a big selection. Will continue to shop here.

So I get a flyer in the mail from this particular grocery store about a grand opening contest where the first 50 customers get a $100 gift card only to find out some time after getting there while shopping that it was "upwards" to $100 and mine (the one they handed me and everyone else upon entering the store) only had $10 dollars on it, this place has been around since 2011 and they can't even afford to give their customers a hundred bucks each? WTAF?? And people know damn well they can with all the money used this year to remodel that store..they had people waiting outside in nearly 90 degree heat for an hour just for a measly amount of cash? I know some other customers had to have been pissed off after opening their gift card pamphlet to see it was less than what was promised, shame on Ruler for tricking people like this! God is watching and you'll reap what you sow someday.
Also I found it funny the general manager that spoke at the ribbon cutting event claimed "everything" inside the store is fresh and new which was far from the case lol I saw many digiorno pizza boxes crumbled and half open in their freezer and plenty of produce growing mold on them but hey, only the best for the people though amirite? 🤦🏽♂️😂

I am going to give this review 1 star only because I love grocery shopping here and have been a long time customer.For this review I would I would rather give 0 stars.I buy a lot of salads here and this has happened for the last 3 -6 weeks, I let it go the first few weeks and mentioned this to a check out staff and the manager on duty, thought the issue would be addressed but as of today it still has not.Please see the pictures of what I am referring to. You pay full price for a product that has a expiration date of May 19th and it seems like you get product that should be trashed 2 days ago.This is not the first time but feel like this has been consistent for the last month.Not sure who likes to buy produce sit down to eat a meal and find like half their meal had to be sifted through and thrown away.Hoping this review will get someone's attention to make sure that the product that is being put out is fresh.I won't go into the big bags of Dole lettuce that I have bought here that I have to throw away due to contents in the sealed package that has already gone bad.Either the product is left sitting outside too long between it being received from the truck and placed in the refrigerated section for this to be happening or Kroger/Ruler just does not care when they are packaging thier produce.Very disappointed and frustrated cause I have more product in my fridge that I will be so disappointed with when I open it to eat or may just throw them away. What a waste of money. Will be shopping for produce elsewhere.
