It’s always a fantastic experience at Princeton’s Menards, thanks to GM Cam and his outstanding team, especially Stephen and Skip. Stephen was incredibly helpful, guiding me to the right products and offering expert advice. Cam’s leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my home improvement needs!

My countertop was on a pallet. The pallet had a tag saying return for $50.00 store credit. The employees treated me like I was a shady character trying to rip em off. No smiles , just acting like I was bothering them. I did get it returned but they made me feel like I was doing something wrong. This was the lady at the return desk & the kid who helped me unload it. They both need educated on customer service.

Went to get mulch. Was greeted when we entered the main entrance and we inquired about where and how to purchase it. Was informed to go to the checkout. After getting there, the teen cashier said to go in the back at the garden center desk. There wasn't a garden center desk. We ended up walking around outside, finally just happened to find the mulch, but not a desk or soul in sight. After much walking, we got tired and decided it wasn't worth it. Ridiculous.

If I could give them a 0 I would and I hate to feel that way. But they really dropped the ball on me and I'll never be back. I went in there and bought $650 in material on that purchase I paid and was given a ticket to go to their lumber yard in the back to load up the culvert drain I bought mind you I checked out at 8:48pm on my receipt and loaded my items then drove to the back only to find out they have closed and locked the gate for the night and no one passed on the message that I was heading back their to get what I have already paid for. I get told to come back tomorrow and get it. We'll that's great and all but I didn't screw up, Menards screwed up. So now I'm out on their screw up an hour drive each way of my fuel and my time I could be spending with my family. It's whatever so long as Menards can compensate me with giving me that product I have to return for discounted or show me some kind of effort that they appreciate the position I'm in as a customer but no instead I got a hollow apology and told they can refund me that item. So I gave them a better deal yet they can have it all back and now I'm omw to menards to return $650 of material. and then to lowes to buy all of it again. SMH like I said I hate that it went like this cause I'm really quite laid back guy and I love menards products but I'm a firm believer in that you get what you give and treating others how you want to be treated. So 1 star, bad review, lost a sell and a customer, hope that $47 of culvert drain was worth it Menards.

Worst employees in the world. The ones in front of the registers are the absolute lowest. I watched I don't know how many customers checking out that clearly needed help but they were to busy gossiping to work. I'm guessing the one blonde bimbo is management for obvious reasons. Customer service today is the lowest is ever been. I'd highly recommend going to some of the other local hardware stores. This particular Menards has always had the laziest employees.

I love coming to Menards every once in awhile, even if it's just to walk around a bit. Most of the time, the prices are good, and they have some beautiful decorations on sale.
