“Zero complaints. When I arrived, I wasn't sure where to go so i just called the front office. Guy came out to meet me and let me know which door to back into. Unloading took around 2 hrs. Good amount of room to maneuver, though I could imagine it would be significantly more difficult if the dock was more full.”
“Nice guys, helped me figure out what the status of my brake pads were free of charge and and were very kind in the way they offered services when I asked about tires too. Highly reccomend!”
“Steering wheel was shaking really bad at 50 to 70 mph. Though something was wrong with the Steering components(tie rod, wheel bearing, ball joint). Best-One recommended come in for a front end alignment. Told them I didn't want a front alignment. Want them to look at what was wrong with the Steering. The guy at the front desk said they will go through all that as part of the alignment and won't do the alignment if they find something wrong with any of the components.
When I went to pick it up they said they did the alignment and the front tires were worn badly on the inside (cupped) due to being out of alignment and that was what was causing the shaking. They wanted to sell me new tires. I thought great I have to pay for an alignment which probably didn't fix the problem and they wanted to sell new tires to me on top of it. I told them I would wait on the tires.(as I didn't have them money for new tires).
I drove the truck home Steering wheel still shaking, didn't seem quite as bad as it was but still shaking. When I got home I looked at the front tires, they were worn on the inside. So I moved the front tires to the back and the back tires to the front.
No more shaking! the problem was fixed! Best-One was right the front tires were causing the shaking because they were worn badly on the inside which was probably due to the front end out of alignment. I will still have to buy new tires soon, but these will last a little longer.”
