They do not do covid testing despite the website allowing you to book an appointment for that exact thing. The lady in the pharmacy was extremely rude, standoffish, and unhelpful when this was brought to her attention. Customer service is not a thing there apparently.

If i managed this pharmacy I would replace the entire staff. Can't fill a simple prescription in under 1.5 hours. The members of the night team on 1/2/2025. Asked me to leave 3 times so they could fill it. I had to stand and watch them finally 2 minutes before closing. So not only do i feel that putting people like them in a position of trust is going to jeopardize my health but how many others have been mistreated here. I was kind and understanding the first 2 times. And on my third visit they only filled 2 of my 3. Im riding this complaint until 2 of those people are terminated. Careless people and medical treatments are a bad combination. I wonder how many unaware senior citizens have been given the wrong prescription by this pharmacy.

Used the drive thru pharmacy window. The tech was very professional and polite. Easy prescription pickup.

Low stock on sale items. Bathrooms are very disgusting, not been cleaned for a long time. Sad. Helpful staff though.

I rarely enter this store. I live in Vincennes and when I do stop in the cashier is so sweet to me. Bailey. She goes out of her way to show me products. Though, every time I do come in I get money from the computer she is always eager to help me and the last 3 times I have done this we have stood at the register for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to give her my money. Thank the lord there wasn't many people in the store. I had to be at work. All 3 times I heard her call for them over 5 or 6 times. The one reason I felt the need to complain is because she did not. She held her smile and constantly apologized on behalf of them even though it was obvious it wasn't her fault. Now, this happened the last 3 times I received money. I hope they hire more staff or schedule someone to help her and the other girls that get put up there alone.
