“Jim did my 4L80 transmission last year and at the time they did it quickly and got me back to work. a week ago it started shifting hard and after a conversation and him driving it they found out the torque converter went out. They got me in quickly and replaced it. they also found 2 other issues that would have caused major problems and fixed them. They didn't charge me a dime for the torque converter and only charged me for the U-joint and seal the installed. Super impressed with them going a great distance to make it right. They sure earned me as a loyal customer when i have issues with other vehicles.”
