This place should get a 1 star review. Used to be a great place before TA took it over. Now big big pot holes in the back big enough to really damage and tear up a truck. Why can’t you at least fill in these holes? Dark dark parking lot with poor lighting. Big tall pole light with several lights in it has not worked for several years. Why not repair so people can see when driving through the parking lot at night. Really pathetic management.

Very nice place. Older pumps but they are fast and work well, it appears they have recently filled some pot holes as their parkinglot is in much better shape. Bathrooms were clean and I could smell the skillet restaurant cooking up something fierce on the way to the bathroom. Good home cooking

The worst!!! I am a truck driver and I had to use the restroom. Well they only have one women’s bathroom and it was being cleaned and the TWO men’s bathrooms were open and most truck stops allow you to use a shower while cleaning the only bathroom. Not today, I was told to go across the street and use Pilot’s. Barely made it. The young lady that was so nice at the Petro had blonde and pink died hair.

The parking lot needs to be repaved and pot holes filled and new painted lines. The whole main building needs a complete remodel with new bigger showers and a new bigger laundry room. 2 washing machines is not enough. Also be careful with what time you set your alarm clock for on your phone. This petro Remington is officially in eastern time zone but many people's phones will show the time as central time when they are here. The time showing on your phone can switch back and forth between time zones depending on where you are in the parking lot. The employees all seemed nice and hard working. BP needs to invest a few million dollars in upgrading this truck stop along with many of the others.

You collect millions of dollars in revenue a month just from fuel and you can’t fix this parking lot here. Who cares about our tires and shocks and alignment right? What a crap company 0 regards for the drivers in everything. Petro and TA went from being arguably the best trucks stops up until 2018-2020 it all went down hill from there and now they are the worst

Best place to do.repairs on I65 don't go to demotte TA always next day the petro at whitestown samething. Remington Petro gets you in and out check ppl nice keep it up guys.

The city does not have a traffic light exiting the Pilot. Good luck getting off the property trying to get across traffic.👎🏼 shower pressure was good and hot, but it’s too slimy. They are adding too much water softener feels like you can never rinse off the soap. I don’t ever remember this being a thing in the past and I’ve recently had two showers that were too slimy.

Horrible restrooms. Both toilets are clogged and there's water all over the seats, walls, floor, toilet. I know it's poo water from people splashing water to clean themselves.
I have to clean my shoes just for walking around in there.

Where do I start? Pot holes all through out the lot, tried to get a PM was told 3 hours 6 hours ago, ok tried to grab some dinner at 8:00 was told “we’re closed” even though the site says closes at 10pm if you’re just trying to park here then sure but anything else it’s a absolute dumpster fire negative 10 stars.

The saddest little Petro I’ve ever seen. 07:45 am and Iron Skillet is closed. Zero breakfast sandwiches ready, and the place looks abandoned. It’s Easter weekend. Drivers are looking for a decent meal, especially those parked away from family. Very disappointed :/
