Absolute worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever experienced in a hardware store. Two days in a row. ( the old lady running the register. ) Rude and extremely unprofessional. I’ll never spend another penny in this place.

Great customer service and knowledgeable while I was in a pinch, very friendly staff! Normally would give 5 stars without a second thought but they lost me at checkout by putting their body between me and my baby in the car seat, putting hands in my newborn's face while I was paying and touching her things without my consent. Simply shocked, as that is NEVER safe for a newborn with no immune system during RSV and flu season, especially with bad cases this year. I'm sure no ill intentions were present as they were very kind, but I can't give 5 stars for endangering my baby so carelessly or causing such anxiety about her safety in store. Otherwise good hardware experience.

Traveling through Remington with time to kill so I thought I’d drop in. Super friendly employees and free popcorn!! I even found a pair of channel lock pliers that Lowe’s apparently doesn’t think they need to carry. Many items the big stores don’t carry.
