“I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Rensselaer.
I first stopped at AutoZone to get new windshield wipers for my mom’s 2015 RAV4, but their systems were down and they kept saying it had been that way for days because of the storms. They didn’t seem interested in helping or offering any kind of workaround, so I left feeling pretty frustrated.
I headed down the street to O’Reilly’s, and the difference was night and day. Asst Manager Brian was an absolute rockstar—friendly, helpful, and actually listened to what I needed. Carol, the manager, was wonderful too. They not only pointed me in the right direction, Carol went outside and changed the windshield wipers for me while chatting like we’d known each other for a while. Just genuinely good people who care about their customers.
If you’re in Rensselaer, go to O’Reilly’s and skip AutoZone. O’Reilly’s clearly wanted to help, and AutoZone didn’t want my business. I’d be going back to O’Reilly’s any day of the week.”

“Dusty was friendly and sincere about doing the extensive body work on my Prius. He followed up on questions I had and installed a tail light and wheel covers at no charge. The end result was a 9.5 out of 10 although the inside of the vehicle had a strong smell of paint which has subsided. I would definitely recommend L & P Body Shop.”
