I was doing chat help for 3 days and they couldn't figure it out.I went to the store in Rensselaer indiana on September 20th 2026 and the girl working there (I don't know her name) had my problem fixed in about 15 minutes!

This guy at Verizon is very good at his job and will explain everything to you and answer any question you have about the phones along with what their service provides so with a great experience and it was quick so I think I'm very much give him a pay raise.
