They all went above and beyond to make me feel like she was in safe, caring hands. Dr. Nick is the first vet I've seen sit down on the exam room to be at my dog's level to play with, let lick him, and be excited to meet him. It's a small gesture that goes a long way. He also took his time to explain his findings from his examination and to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Olivia wasfantastic when she met us for drop-off and pick-up. She kept us updated on how the procedure and recovery was going putting our minds at ease which we very much appreciated. It's safe to say our doggo was happy to have made some new friends!”
