Worst pharmacy ever!!! I've had so many problems with them but today was my absolute last straw the pharmacist was extremely rude we made the appt to get a second dose of the covid vaccine and we were denied over the fact that I'm his legal guardian I've never needed to carry proof.. we went and got the first dose just fine and now this time we couldn't what a joke this place is!

I went in to look for one specific thing five minutes before closing. One of the associates greeted me and the other associate tells me loudly, "4 minutes to close". I say, ok.... I walk quickly through 2 aisles, I find what I'm looking for. The associate decides that she needs to loudly remind me that now there is only one minute to close. You don't have to be so rude about closing times...

The people who work the pharmacy are so nice and helpful, even over the phone. I have never had an issue and have been using them for over a year. I actually switched from CVS in Rensselaer due to poor attitudes from the staff there. Was pleased with the way the staff at Walgreens are always professional and pleasant.

I bought a movie ( the new Monsters University) from Walgreens to give my 3 year old son on his birthday. We opened it and upon its first playing the movie skipped and the subtitles did not keep up with the movie. I had not kept the receipt and so was not expecting my money back but I was hoping for an exchange. When I tried to exchange the movie the local Walgreens refused because it had been opened. Walmart does allow the exchange of faulty merchandise and I was deeply disappointed that Walgreens would not back their products to the same extent as Walmart.
