Overall a great place. 4 stars instead of 5 stars because for the past month or so the music has been too loud during weekday evenings. I bring my own stuff to listen to, and almost everyone I see around me has headphones in - there's no reason to make the music so loud that it's hard to hear my own stuff over it! That makes me want to leave as quickly as I can, and invest in my own equipment rather than have to endure the environment there in order to work out.

Was hesitant to start a gym membership but was impressed with Anytime Fitness Richmond , IN facility and upkeep of the building and machines. Decided to go with a membership and a personal trainer and I am so glad I did. Would highly recommend this location!

I’ve been an AF member for many years, starting in Indy. Coming home to the AF Richmond, I’ve been treated like family. Actually, I think they’ve adopted me. Anyways, it’s nice having AF Richmond in your corner everyday.

I never have been a big fan of exercise. When I first contacted Anytime Fitness, I spoke with Coach Jeff. He took the time to actually listen to all my questions and concerns and then designed a workout program specifically for me. I have only been working out for a couple of months, but I find that I really enjoy it. My 7 year old granddaughter gave me the greatest compliment the other day when I was able to get up off the floor without assistance. She said, “Grandma, you got off the floor all by yourself ! Are you working out?!” Thank you Coach Jeff!

So far the place seems pretty good, it’s really clean and there are lots of machines and free weights for an array of workout routines. Staff seem to be really helpful and they don’t come off pushy or aggressive when signing you up like some other gyms I’ve been to.The reason I cannot give 5 stars at this time though is although you do have a high quantity of free weights they are not in good condition. Many, if not all, have chips, gouges and chunks missing from the weights. This may not bother some but it definitely is a pet peeve of mine. I like the self assurance the weight is equally balanced on each side. Outside of this, again it is a nice place, a second and third tanning bed would be critical if this gym wanted to put a dent in Planet on the other side of Richmond.

I love Anytime Fitness! I have been a member since 2010 in Colorado and recently moved to Richmond. The staff is friendly and it’s always clean. With the help of personal trainers and encouragement of staff I have lost over 100 lbs and have kept it off. I love that I can go to any Anytime Fitness nationwide when I travel.

i started at anytime fitness around 2019/2020 at 240 lbs with no idea where to start except that i wanted to be better; the minute i walked in the door i felt welcome and everyone was so friendly and once i started the training i started to see my results. everyone was so supportive of me and my goals and pushed me past my limits and set the bar higher. Anytime fitness is my home away from home and my happy place because you’re surrounded by people like you who want to better themselves and have the staff support to exceed your goals and give you the tools to do so. i would not be where i am today if it wasn’t for everyone there who i love dearly and i’m so so thankful. if you’re looking for somewhere to start your fitness journey to be the best version of yourself this is where you need to start?

Absolutely love Anytime Fitness..I've been on a fitness journey for about 9 months..been with Anytime for about 4 months and I'm down 110 pounds...Santiago is a great motivator and pushes me to go higher and higher each day!
