Karen the dental assistant and Julie the hygienist are wonderful! I always look forward to seeing them at my visits! Karen is who takes my X-rays and she is always great at getting the images needed first try! Julie is so knowledgeable and explains everything so well and helps me understand my treatment plan! Wonderful staff at Aspen in Richmond!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Your care is important. I have never left an appointment not having my questions answered and concerns listened to. I really do like having a place for all of my dental needs.

Worst experience I ever had. The lady at the front desk is always rude, very uncomfortable. I had to request a refund, as I prepaided for work and they still over charged me for things they didn't do. Now I have to do this all over at again at another dentist..... We had a dental plan in place and it was not done. Still in pain after 3 months and 2 visits...

Go in to get teeth pulled and they tell me I need a different dentist, because they can't do anything for my teeth. Then they say they do free exam and X-rays but that a a lie. Now I have to pay 140 some dollars out of pocket.

Great environment, great staff! Only drawback is their insurance acceptance. Expect to pay cash or use credit.
