Horrible management by Vincent and horrible team that was working on the day we went in on 6/29/24. Just to lazy to even try to help and when I told them just do their job and both Vincent and his team cursed at my family. Even called the police and banned my family from the AT&T store in Richmond. We did find a AT&T store that did find out the problem and they were awesome. Thanks for not helping.

Alec was very helpful! He got us the best deal, set us up for wireless and handled a very rude individual that walked into the store, with professionalism, while taking care of us. He saved us more than $100/month and we get to ditch Comcast! Five Stars for Alec for his great customer service!

The best store around for your phone needs! Alec made shopping super easy and had answers for all of my questions! He was super nice and professional and I’d recommend asking for him! He’s the best of the best!!

I went into the store to transfer my service and Alec helped me, the other two representatives were extremely disrespectful to other customers and even talked very poorly of the customers after they left to the extent of mocking them. The two employees were one male and female the male with long hair and taller. The female had facial piercings was shorter. Didn’t seem to care about customer more rather commission. Alec was ok he just didn’t talk me through the steps he just took my phone and went and sat at another desk. If it weren’t for Alec already helping me I would have left and went elsewhere because the other two employees were VERY disrespectful

Aaliah,went above and beyond in helping me set up my phone. She was very kind, helped pick out accessories, and put them on.

Came here shortly before 7 pm today and saw the sign that said they would be back at 7:30 pm. We waited. No one. We went somewhere else and came back at 7:40 and the sign was still there. So much for replacing a broken phone tonight.
