When my van started acting up last Thursday, they got me in first thing Monday, even with the short holiday week. Matt quickly found the problem, ordered the part to be delivered asap by his supply truck, and reminded me I was due for an oil change and asked if I wanted to get it taken care of while I was there because he knows its hard for me to find time to get the van to them! During the multi-point inspection, he showed me that my drive belt—which had been cracked since I bought the van—was now in much worse shape. He always explains what can wait and what can’t, but this time it clearly couldn’t wait any longer. Thanks to the inspection and photo, I felt confident getting it replaced.

He ordered the belt immediately and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. They also noticed my taillight and license plate lights were out, so they replaced those too—saving me from a ticket and keeping my van safe and reliable.

I cannot express how grateful I am for their services and also appreciate them squeezing in my oil change and repairs when I was just there for a diagnosis.
