I was traveling through and the owners of this shop treated me as their own. They helped me drain the extra transmission fluid in my car ( someone overfilled it) and they got me back on the road in less than an hour. I’m so grateful for them. Gods bliss

Called for a cv axle. Books for 1.6hrs but the lady said $90 hour and it calls for 4 hours…
Didn’t ask any questions or actually look it up. Just winging numbers is a good way to go out of business.. def deserved a 1 star and finding an employee who isn’t scaring your business away

Our youth group broke down between Indianapolis and Pennsylvania. Cody's garage got us back on the road in two hours! Very nice to deal with and quite reasonable! Great experience!

The staff are very professional & you can tell the instant you come into this place that you will get the great service you deserve. I had my mom's tires looked at & fixed at this place recently & they had everything done in less than an hour.

I got new tires put on a Cody’s and one of them wasn’t tightened. I went on vacation and almost lost a tire. I had to have my car towed/inspection and had to get a rental to make it to my cruise on time. Plus Uber to go get a rental and to go pick my car back up after dropping rental off. When telling them about my issues they made it seem like it wasn’t there issue. They put my family in danger and not even try to accommodate my tow or inspection or rental Or even apologize that it happened. They turned it around on me as my own issue. I’ve been a good customer to Cody’s Garage since moving to Richmond,IN. I believe mistakes do happen and I believe it was a mistake but to basically not even take any responsibility to it knowing they put the tires on and not try to make things right blows my mind! Im very upset this happened. And disappointed in their customer service and how they treated me during this time!

We were in town for a funeral and had some major car issues from our 1000 mile drive. I contacted this garage and they were the best. They understood our situation and had the car done for us. I recommend them highly. They went over and above for us. Definitely have no fear using this garage. Good family business. The world could use a lot more people like them. Thanks guys.

These guys are great. They are helping me problem solve some issues on my vehicle. They listen to what I want fixed and work on it no matter how small! Very friendly, and they care about the customer and the car.
