I switched my Internet to Xfinity and went to my nearest store to get the modem and new cable boxes( a 30mile drive). The guy working there (Richmond In.) "double checked" and still gave me the wrong modem!! Then they asked me for a good survey. Tomorrow when I go get the correct modem I'll tell them what I think of their service.?

Worst experience ever!! I was sold a promotion deal 2 years ago and when it expired they doubled my bill. When I called they talked me in to a new 12 month promotion and new equipment for half the price. Then the next day NOTHING worked. They shut off the old equipment as soon as they shipped the new equipment. So after paying $143 they made me agree to another $120 to reinstall the old equipment. I spent close to 2 hours on the phone over 2 days and $263 and I still have no service. What the Hell is wrong with this place?

They overcharge you for no reason. I wish I can have something good to say about them but NO. They charged me for asking a PIN number to change to another service provider. So pissed off.

I don't give a damn who sees this as soon as I find someone to take my equipment out to the store I'm getting rid of xfinity.
I have not been receiving bills but they want to put me past due I have never been past due. I am on seasonal and it's not due until May but I have only seen 3 charges of 55 something.
I'm in the nursing home and was only keeping it for my phone number and email.
Now I am getting blocked when I use the numbers trying to talk to them about the bill. I've never gone through this shot before and they have overcharged me.

No employees here and door locked during "new" hours posted on the door and Google Maps. Customer service was terrible every time we have been here.

Their customer service is horrible.I am trying to get the credit on my account, they say go on line to get it, however when I go to their site it blocks me from completing the process. Their AI won't let me get to a live person for help.This is a program that every family gets with school age children.They have for two months stopped me and my kids from using this program.

Went to open an account & pick up my Wi-fi equipment. The store was supposed to be open until 7:00 pm yet was closed at 6:15 pm. No coverage by employees? Emergency for an employee as the only one at the store?Other than an unusual reason to close, this customer service model leaves much to be desired.

4 wks of trying to get to get internet service, I went to the local office and through corporate. My house deed was provided 3 times proving I bought the house. Still the block on the address wasn't removed. So I called Frontier and today got signed up for internet with Verizon. Still have not got called back from Xfinity about the block being removed. So instead of Xfinity making money on my home another provider got it. If I didn't find another provider for internet I was going to contact the Indiana Attorney Generals office for assistance in getting internet. No one should have to go through that much bull over getting Internet

I know a lot of people give Comcast customer service a bad rep. I just left this store and the two women should be given some sort of award for their patience. Each person ahead of me was elderly and struggled with technology coming in for problems not related to xfinity. Both people working went way out of their way to help people get access back to things like their Facebook and other non xfinity products as well as xfinity products
