Customers have had a great experience receiving the bivalent COVID booster vaccine at CVS, with the pharmacy keeping them well-informed on their prescriptions and providing auto refills and support. While there have been occasional delays in prescription readiness, customers have generally found the CVS location to be good overall.

Tried to go online to transfer prescriptions, that would not work, then tried to call the pharmacy & that system is a joke, could not get them transferred. Now we are snowbirds & have no trouble transferring when in Florida just at the Richmond IN location!!

The employees are very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient. They have a drive-thru and walk-in. They also have an ATM machine.
