So I haven't been to the store but I will be soon. I was genuinely impressed today wen I called and the operator confirmed for me that this store has a Big and Tall Department. So when that person transferred me to that department no one could pick up my call so I hung up. About 10 minutes later I get a callback from Richmond and its the Men's Department at Dillard's following up from my missed call! Bottom line is that the gentlemen who called could confirm that they had the products I was interested in so now I can drive to Richmond from Indy confident that the hour there and back is worth it. FYI, I shop on line too but sometimes it really helps to go in the store and try on big and tall clothing. Appreciate this level of customer service!

Very clean and friendly staff. I didn't understand the department layout and couldn't find any signs designating different areas, which made it a bit challenging to find some specific things for specific people.
