I have been trying to contact your store all week. The numbers online are not on service anymore. I’m resorting to calling the 317 number. I left an itemIn a cart in the parking lot. It was a step one easle for toddlers. I have the chair to it but left the easle. I’ve been on hold for an hour now. Do you guys not answer the phone?

Prices are getting too high! I find it ridiculous to see used clothing and shoes marked $4.99, $9.99, $14.99, and $19.99! These are donated items and should be given thrift-store prices. Let the bargain stores like Big Lots sell at those prices for new items, but GW is selling USED items that they paid nothing on!

ProsGood selection of kids/baby clothes, house hold items, small furniture and picture frames. Lots of older media; dvds, CDs, etcConsThe plus size women's clothing 1x and up section was very small. Usually only 1-3 people working, had to wait in line because someone was "on break". Prices for used pants $7.99

Richmond Goodwill is the most expensive Goodwill in Indiana and Ohio, while lacking the quality of most other stores. Their prices are ridiculous for clothing; I can regularly purchase new clothing on sale for less. The clothing on the store floor regularly has holes, threadbare areas, and stains. Buyer beware, but you can find some great deals from time to time.
