We recently were shopping for a Blackstone griddle, and Chuck offered to pick one up for us at another store because Richmond didn’t have any in stock! The next day, we show up and Chuck delivered on his word…wouldn’t even let me buy him lunch to say thank you. Great guy, and a well-managed store! Will DEFINITELY shop there again!”
