I’ve been banking with HCP Credit Union since 2011. Their customer service is impeccable Jana has always been there for me if I need a loan. They have been with me through 2 debit card scams and have been very helpful through these. I honestly can’t say enough good things about HCP Credit Union and if you’re looking for a great credit union look no further!

I had horrible customer Service 3 years ago when I was getting a loan to buy a boat, Ended up going with nacho credit Union they took care of everything in 1 day 3 weeks later I was still waiting for a healthcare professional to give me an answer. Constantly have trouble with our debit cards not working . I'd highly recommend nacho credit Union over this place

Getting my auto loan was so easy. I went online and filled out an application and later that day I was approved. Kelly was and is amazing to work with. She if very prompt in getting back with me any time I email or call her. My payments were set up bi-weekly to correspond with pay day which works best for me. I would recommend HCPFCU for all of your banking needs.

I called to see about possibly getting a small,short term loan and rates for it. The loan officer took my information and said she would look into it. She called me back later for a little more information that they needed. She said the loan was approved and she sent me digital paperwork to fill out. She called to verify it was received and that evening the money was deposited into my account. Couldn't have been easier or quicker. A+++
