“It is the halfway point from Independence, Missouri to Binghamton, New York. An easy on and off the highway location. Will definitely make this hotel, one we will return to each year. Being pet friendly is a high priority when traveling with pets. Great when one does not board their pet and has it travel with them. I booked the room via the Best Western App and that was very easy and seamless. Even used points to pay for the room. The hotel called us the morning we were to check in to inform us that they were in the middle of renovations and to verify if that was a problem, not at all. I felt that was very nice of them.Rooms: We booked a double queen. Very clean. Equipped with the standard - desk, chair, tv, refrigerator and microwave and a second chair with ottomon.Plenty of towels in bathroom, which were folded decoratively. Something you would see in a high priced hotel. It was a good touch. Plus the toiletries were a good smell. Colors - whites, browns, and reds. The room was quiet for the most part. First floor, which helped with having a pet (german shepherd) that traveled with us. Could hear someone's tv but not sure in what direction it came from.”

“Nice little room- I got a comfy King bed with 3 pillows. Everything was clean, plenty of counter space for my stuff. Lots of restaurant options close-by. Ice machine in the main building. Breakfast was decent. The manager was friendly. Good value for the price.”

“Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We had a hard time getting the bolt lock to lock on the door and there were gaps all around it, so noises from the hallway were pretty loud. There was a door in our room connecting the room next to us and it was so loud it's as if the people occupying the room were in OUR room! This room Definitely needs more insulation or new sills around the doors. Overall it was a nice place.”
