First time filing with professionals and found out due to an error by the professional my return has now been filed a month late. An issue that was only uncovered after two calls to the IRS and speaking to a manager after my second call to the local office. I will be going back to filing myself online next year with turbo tax.

This was a very- dare I say- happy experience this year. I had a complex tax situation and Julie made it extremely easy to complete (trust me when I say I could NOT have done this by myself!). Julie and Ann are true diamonds. They went out of their way to help occupy our 1yr old Charly thru the lengthy process, getting her goldfish crackers and allowing her to roam. They were kind and gracious and we would definitely recommend the richmond location over anywhere

I have used the virtual option to continue to have my old preparer do my taxes and she never fails. Plus it is a time saver, upload doc at midnight no appt needed.
