UNPROFESSIONAL! They can’t even show up for appointments. Had one scheduled for this morning (10/20) at 9am and they couldn’t even be bothered to open the doors. I called and knocked and no answer. Still haven’t heard back from them. I wouldn’t waste my time with these people in Richmond. They’re childish.
