We needed to go to a store to get our new phone activated (because Comcast Business Mobile customer service is trash and couldn't do it remotely) but once we drove the 90 minutes to get there, Crystal was a ray of sunshine. Sweet, friendly, and got us taken care of quickly and efficiently. Somebody give her a raise!”
