The service is terrible. I walked in and let cashier know that I came with my own yarn to find something matching. The cashier stopped me at make wait for a good 5 minutes while works very slowly, takes time chatting with customer about topics are not relevant to her tasks and really doesn’t care about their time other customers are waiting. No signs of speeding up finishing with current customer. After I politely informed the cashier that I have only limited time to visit this store, and need to hurry, she started to discussing with the customer about how rude someone can be! Absolutely unacceptable behavior! With such speeds and customer services this store running towards bankruptcy. Never come back to this place again.

Nice clean, big, store. When we went in today they had awesome sales going on and staff were very helpful.

I entered this store at 6:50. I was unaware the store closed at 7:00. I hear a sales associate speaking to my daughter in the next aisle and she told her she needed to leave. I said “excuse me?” From the next aisle. The associate responded “we are closed!” I apologized politely and said I didn’t know. The associates response was “well it’s on the door!”. She was incredibly rude to both myself and my daughter. My receipt said 7:02.. we are talking 120 seconds due to me just not realizing they closed at 7. Her behavior was disgusting and she should be ashamed of herself. I filed a formal complaint which I have never done in my life. To the cashier who hated her life on 7/28/23, no one made you apply or accept a job at Joanns fabric. If you are not happy with your life choices then make a change. Don’t take it out on little girls. Shame on you!

Tiniest Joann's that I've ever been to. The store was clean and they did have a lot for what they could fit, but there's not much compared to other locations I've been to. Paint brushes are just bundled packages that weren't very good quality, no individual brushes at all. If there were decent watercolors I didn't see them. Diamond painting kits were all adult ones only. Floral was basically just seasonal and maybe one full aisle if you put it all together. They did have a good fabric selection though, so there's that.Also, most other locations offered to scan a 40% coupon even if I didn't have one on me, they didn't here.
