I switched all my scripts elsewhere long ago. I certainly hope they have improved their service. I had prescriptions that could cause serious medical complications if doses are skipped, and yet sometimes, it would take days to get my prescription filled. I really do hope they have improved since then, for the sake of their current customers.

I have shopped at Kroger ever since I have moved to this side of town 14 years ago. I get great savings from coupons and the app. I get coupons through the mail. I am able to find what I am looking for. Kroger Plus card is a big help to me. I don't know what I would do without Kroger.

Drive up takes forever. Each visit is 7-9 minutes or more. It's drive up and pick up, not drop off and wait.....prices with GoodRx are the best. Now and then waiting is expected, not every time. People are nice. But something isn't working.

I feel like they are always short staffed. It takes a really long time to get your meds even when they are already filled. Make sure you have at least 30 mins to wait if you go to Kroger pharmacy.

Big FAIL! The only reason I had my prescription transferred was because I had a GoodRX coupon. It wasn't honored. Bad service!

Kroger Richmond pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. EVERY time I go to have a script filled or refilled they never have it in stock and it has taken them as long as a week to get. Insurance companies won't let you refill any earlier than that. I have had to go without meds several times because of it. This has not just happened once in a while, it is almost every time I go to do refills. It us often a different drug that is out of stock and they are very normally prescribed drugs, nothing weird. I tried to do the automatic refill and that didn't make any difference, same problem. I talked to the pharmacist multiple times about the problem and they are just like, that's just the way it is. They do not value your business. I tried to give this place a chance for over a year and was no improvement, it actually hit worse. Finally I left about 6 months ago and switched to CVS. CVS has always had all my meds in stock except once and it only took 6hrs to get, not a week. CVS usually takes 15 mins or less to fill a script, much better in inventory, pharmacist is very proactive with issues, they have a great app that does do much more for you than the Kroger pharmacy ap which is very slow, clunky, and not worth using. I want to be clear it is only the Richmond store where the Pharmacy sucks. The oxford ohio Kroger pharmacy is great, great service, always has meds in stock, and is fast. The pharmacy in Richmond new employees and new med stocking policies. It is by far they very worst Pharmacy I have ever gone to.

I've heard from others in the area who've had horrible experiences at this store. Poorly stocked shelves, rotten produce, expired food on shelves, horrible customer service, and management that is full of excuses including putting blame on the fact that they can't hire good employees. Surrounding Kroger's provide top-notch customer service and shopping experiences, but we're talking Oxford, Huber Heights, Beavercreek - 30-40 minutes away. I've filed complaints with Kroger's corporate to start the ball rolling on getting improvements at this store, but so far, no visible changes. If Walmart and Meijer can step up their game here in town, why can't Kroger's? We should not stand for this. We need to demand a better overall shopping experience for Richmond citizens.

Valerie is always so helpful and knowledgable. She has always greeted me with a smile no matter the time of day. I never feel like just another number. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy for all that you do!

Sometimes their great. It depends on who you get. Just always check your medications before you walk away. I have spent a lot of money on meds that were filled without consent.

Kroger's Drive-thru is very convenient but if you are getting a refill be sure to call ahead. Certain times of day they are very busy and there isn't enough space in line for a lot of cars, and you will end up going inside to save yourself both stress and time!

The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and courteous. They will answer your questions and help in any way that they can.

I phoned in my usual prescription Sunday morning and was told it would be ready by 3:00 that afternoon. I arrived at the Pharmacy at about 4:30 and I was told that they did not have the drug in stock. They told me that they would order it and it would be at the Pharmacy the following day, i.e. Monday. I went into the Pharmacy Monday at around 6:00 P.M. and once again they told me they did not have the drug in stock. I was basically told that they could not assure me a definite date that the drug would be in. It is not an unusual drug and I have been getting the prescription filled at Kroger since approximately April. I am not sure why this problem has arisen.

Could not take the brand of medicine they were giving me. Said they would try to get another. When it was time to refill my prescription I went back in because I had to take it the next day and they said they might be able to order it. It was supposed to have been taken care of before then! Then the next time I needed it refilled they tried to give me the same one. Oh and you might as well go through the drive through because if you are inside in line or being waited on, they will stop and go help whoever is at the window and make you wait.
