I have tried for an hour and cannot reach anyone by phone. As with so many businesses, you have to go through a gauntlet of automation to speak to a real person and once you are there, they absolutely will not answer. Does anyone actually work there? The only employee I have found at this location that actually cares is Nikki in customer service. She must be off today or just sick and tired of all of these worthless kids.

If Ron is working in paint, save yourself the time and just leave. He knows nothing about paint or stain. Doesn't know what a RGB ratio is or what a hex color code is. Refused to match paint and then got frustrated over his own incompetence and became rude.

Purchased new washer and dryer last week. There were problems with the washer leaving us with little to no other option but to return them. Installation process was not accomplished at a level anyone would find acceptable. Manager Ron and Mark addressed our concerns restoring our faith in the store. Thank you.

Terrible experience tonight in Lowes. We arrived at the store at 6:58 pm and proceeded to stop and look at some mowers sitting outside that were returns. After a couple of minutes I decided to go in and see if someone could come out and answer some questions. I stood in the CS line for about 5 minutes and the lady finally called over the intercom for "Jerry" to come to the service desk. "Jerry" never came. We went and looked at the mowers in the store and I chose one to buy. When I got to the register it rang up at a higher price than what I thought it was, so I checked and I had picked up the wrong mower (it was under the price label for the one I wanted). After taking it back, I discovered that there weren't any of the ones I wanted on the lower shelves, but they were all at the very top. "Jerry" was the person working in that area. "Jerry" told us that he was sorry, but he was the only person working in that area but he would help us try to get someone over to bring a mower down from the shelf. After waiting about 30 minutes and no one showing up, I went and asked a couple of employees to please have the store manager come and talk to me. The store manager never came. Finally after about 50 minutes of waiting and "Jerry" going all over asking for help, someone finally came and got one down. We finally got to check out at 8:05. Never did get to speak to the manager on duty, "Cody Parkinson". Also, Lowes does not have a way to file a customer complaint on their website, so rest assured I will be phoning in the morning.

You ever been to a store staffed by old men who lost interest years ago. They are rude, lazy and brag about never answering the phone in their dept. the appliance guy did and when we tried to contact him we called 17 times before throwing in the towel and driving there. I personally have spent over $100,000 there in the past few years and that's just on my own house. We ordered a new washer and dryer set 10 days ago and while they had my washer the dryer had to come on their warehouse truck. Ok, so we went home and dried clothes on deck chairs and the porch swing. Went in today to look at it and was told it not only wouldn't come, they had sold my washer to someone else and now that was on back order. I bought a $1800 lawn tractor two weeks ago there and I'm sorely tempted to drive it through their front window. So evidently they don't need our $1800 and they weren't even going to tell us until we called Friday wondering where the Hell they were at. Menards, you just got a new customer. By the way, the store is located here in Richmond Indiana. Don't ask for Kelly the appliance guy.

In 3+ years, I've bought a lot of supplies, equipment, and two appliances to fix and enhance my house. For the most part, this Lowe's store has been good. They've mixed paint well and been careful to ask me about what I need, although 1 or 2 just decided I wanted the premium Olympic paint when I was preoccupied. The best thing is that I never had to worry about the colour. It was always mixed correctly. I got a number of lighting fixtures there, many at clearance prices, and they've worked quite well. I also used some self-adhesive floor tiles for a temporary change and those have been quite durable. Between my mum and I, we'd been to the returns desk a few times and Rita was always quite pleasant. In fact, most of the staff are pleasant and helpful. Twice, I got appliances with a delivery and haul away offer and the crew were very good in getting the old appliances out the door carefully. That's impressive. If there is one negative thing to note, it's that this is a small store. However, coming from Florida, I've noticed that stores in Indianapolis, Dayton, Cincinnati, and Chicago don't match the store that was minutes from my Florida house. I looked for an item (many items, actually) and it wasn't available at a certain store, so I tried a new zip code and until I used the Florida zip code, it did not show local availability. That's unfortunate. I'm sure people in this area would like to have the same items as elsewhere in the country. If you have a military i.d. card, present it at checkout for a discount. I'm sure they'll do a good job for everyone, just ask.
