The woman working this evening whom was apparently the manager was extremely rude from the moment my husband and i walked through the door. We walked in hoping to switch back to metro and this woman gave us attitude and scorn the entire time. Was no help at all and told us we should leave the company because i wasnt happy with my service. 0 stars. This woman needs to be fired. Unacceptable customer service.

Me and my husband went to this metro mobile in Richmond IN. They have really bad customer service. The lady who works there was really rude, my husband phone was messing up, he was asking the lady questions about the phone and she was rude didn’t answer the questions it was awful.. the who works there her name is Lora White and very rude!!!

I have been with Metro by T-Mobile for 2+ years. The signal is good and the customer service is some of the best. I love how there are NO CONTRACTS, no increase in prices on plan. I have paid the same exact amount every month for 2+years. I am satisfied with Metro and encourage others to check them out!

The best customer service. They were able to switch my mom off of AT&T and Port her number over. They were very patient with her and made sure she was satisfied.

Well I needed an SD card and so I went there to metro to get the customer service rep was kind enough to prep for my phone you usually don't get that kind of service I really do appreciate it

I can't talk on my phone at all in my home! They have TERRIBLE service and I can't wait to get out of my contract so I can get back to Verizon! I advise you to not choose this service!

Switched service after 16 yrs with sprint when we were offered promotion BOGO iPhones in September by store manager with another employee witness to entire transaction. Asked how we obtain rebate/credit for 2nd phone and he told us would take 6-8wks to process and could apply to our bill. When we still hadn't received anything 3 months later and called to check on status was told that that promotion had ended when we signed contract that night, the manager no longer worked there, and despite the employee stating he witnessed transaction was nothing they could do and I owe them pay off on both phones to drop their terrible service. I have never been so offended with the ethical side of a business in my life and will pursue this with the BBB and attorneys if necessary.

I'm COMMENTING on another comment. I have METROPCS and I've never had a week signal in Richmond. I've had Metropcs for 3 years now. I started in Texas now I live in Connersville. Great phones and service. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
