“Ja-Lee and the gentleman there really went above and beyond for my family. They were also a lot more patient with my one year old running around their store than I was. Haha. But seriously, they got my bill cheaper, got us the new iPhones, multiple accessories. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever had a good experience in a phone store. She went through every single option with quality customer service skills and really pointed us in the right direction. I will ALWAYS refer someone to this store and to request for Ja-Lee. The two gentlemen there were extremely helpful as well, I just forgot their names. My apologies on that, but anyway, 10/10 day at AT&T Richmond, IN location! We appreciate yall.”
