Half the pumps were not working. All of the trash cans were full. The women's bathroom was out of paper (except on the floor around the trash can). The worker was rather inattentive and busy checking out his friends car out back.

It's a gas station. How do you rate a gas station? It is close to the interstate, shares a parking lot with McDonald's, and has fair prices for gas. I didn't visit the restroom. Not able to report on cleanliness.
