They help customers find what they need, such as paint rated for foot traffic. Staff are willing to carry items, like 5 gallon paint, to a customer's truck. This excellent service makes customers feel devoted and likely to return.
Mike went above and beyond to make sure the stain we bought would match the old cabinets. He took the cabinet door for an example, used some sample wood, and wow it just came out perfect! He then took the time to really educate us on how he got that color and how to use stain. I absolutely can't thank him enough.

Today I went to the Richmond store for 11 gallons of paint. I was fortunate enough to go on a day that someone from the Monroe store was filling in. His name is Dillon and he provided the best customer service. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I hope he is a long term SW employee as he was exceptional!

Our company ordered a lot of paint for a commercial facility. There were problems with delivery, but the store employee (can't remember the name, tall guy) solved the problem and promptly delivered all the paint in his personal car. Thank you very much for that!
