Trevor And Steve one of our brave dedicated United States soldiers was very helpful respectful and friendly. They helped my husband navigate through the app and answered our questions. Both were polite and professional. I will keep doing business with Extra Storage Space and recommend to anyone else who is in need. The lot and storages are clean and very secure. Have had stuff here since I moved up here to Indiana. Never an issue! Friendly staff! Trevor at the office help me out in minutes when I stupidly lost my key. Quick verification to make sure I was the correct person, and boom! Were back up and running! Highly recommend!!!

Phone rep Ben was very helpful and talked me through evert step. Unit was clean and easy to get into gated facility. My only issue is that the slider on the door needs oiled, it's very difficult to operate. Otherwise overall great experience.
