The charges for technical service are exorbitant. You get charged 80 dollars for travel and 80 dollars for technical service which is unacceptable. I bought equipment just a few months ago which is less than the warranty.

The charges for Technical service and travel for equipment I bought less than a year are exorbitant. I strongly feel that charging 80 dollars for gas and 80 dollars for issues regarding recent equipment I bought during the warranty period is really taking advantage of my business.

I dropped off my lenovo laptop there the other day they introduced them selves and were courteous. Now as far as if they fixed my laptop thats still to be determined. I will keep you posted.

Amazingly helpful staff. Showed up 10min before closing on a Friday night. Expected them to just take my name and number and tell me they'd look at it Monday. They stayed an hour late and got everything all cleared up that night. :)
